The last time Corban was ranked was on February 29, 2012, when the Warriors were ranked No. 10 overall.
The Warriors are one of three Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) teams ranked in the top-25 poll, with Eastern Oregon University in at No. 10 and Southern Oregon University at No. 24.
Corban, boasting a 14-7 record overall and an 8-3 mark in CCC play, has won eight of its last nine games, dating back to December 18. Jordan Woodvine leads the way offensively for the Warriors, averaging 20.8 points per game to rank second in the CCC and has totaled 436 total points on the year – the most of any player in the conference.
In addition, Emily Yost ranks eighth in the CCC with 13.7 points per game, while Treasure Farmer is averaging 11.4 points per game for the Navy and Gold.
Corban returns to action on Friday and Saturday when it hosts The Evergreen State College and Northwest University. Friday night is NEON NIGHT, so plan to wear NEON-colored clothing to help create a rowdy and fun atmosphere for all. In addition, Willamette Valley Pie Company pies will be given away during halftime of the game on Friday to go along with a pie-eating contest.
