LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office announced the 124 winter-sport student-athletes that received U.S. Bank Academic All-CCC honors for their performances in the classroom, and the Corban University men's and women's basketball teams performed valiantly off the court, leading the conference with 15 honorees.

To earn recognition as a CCC scholar-athlete, a student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and be of sophomore standing. Winter sports in the CCC include men's and women's basketball, as well as men's wrestling.

Corban's award-winners included just basketball players, as wrestling will begin as a varsity sport next year. Despite being able to only nominate in two of the three eligible sports, Corban still boasted the most award-winners.

The Warriors host The Evergreen State College on Friday for NEON NIGHT - 5:30pm/7:30pm tipoffs in Salem.
