"Our energy today was amazing and I thought this was a total team win," said Corban head coach Abigail Farler. "Sarah was able to bounce back and pitch very well for us today and our offense was on fire. I was proud of our base running and how hard we put the ball in play consistently throughout the game."
Sam Woodley led the way at the dish for the Warriors, going 3-for-3 with two RBI and two runs scored, while Makiah Johnson went 2-for-3 with a triple and a stolen base.
In the circle, Sarah Probasco went the distance, allowing just three hits and the one run.
Corban (3-4) returns to the field in two weeks when it competes at the Concordia Classic.
