SALEM, Ore. – On the heels of an exciting inaugural season, the Corban University women's lacrosse team will be adding seven new additions for its second campaign. Head coach Kylie McMinn announced each of the 2022 newcomers on Thursday afternoon, with the members of this year's class coming to Corban from five different states/provinces and two different countries.
"We're so excited to add the next layer to our roster," said McMinn. "Each freshman brings the next level of intensity to the field, which makes practices more challenging, and makes our team grow better even faster."
"Our three freshman middies this year (Godoy, Palafox, and Brence) all bring fast-paced, aggressive play that'll be so effective once our chemistry clicks," added McMinn. "Having that second middie line will really take our game to the next level, as we'll consistently have fresh legs in the midfield."
