Warriors and Thunderbirds Series Rained Out, Moved to Oregon Next Weekend

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office has announced that due to inclement weather, the four-game series between the Corban University and University of British Columbia softball programs has been postponed to Sunday, April 16th, and will take place on the Warriors' home field tentatively at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm PDT. Should the forecast hold, which calls for a copious amount of rain that Sunday, the backup option will be to move the games to a turf field at the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The Thunderbirds will make a pit stop next Sunday on their way home from a four-game series with The College of Idaho, as Corban will pull even on the season in hosting contests after their series last week against Southern Oregon University was moved from Salem to Ashland due to similar weather issues.
