KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the NAIA Beach Volleyball Postseason Coaches' Top 10 poll for the 2025 spring season earlier this morning, where the Corban University Beach Volleyball program remained at second overall as they had for all but the preseason poll this season after securing a national runner-up title during last week's NAIA invitational.

"We had a great season starting with a national ranking of fourth overall and then moving into the second selection and hanging on to that ranking throughout the season," Corban head coach Dan Stephens analyzed. "This Warrior team believed from the start that they had the talent to have a shot at a championship and they never wavered from that belief."
A stacked Corban lineup entered the postseason with the second overall seed and proceeded to run through the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Championships with a 3-0 record before heading to Greeneville, Tennessee with the conference's automatic bid to the 2025 NAIA National Invitational Championships. While on the east coast, the Warriors steamrolled through pool play and into the national quarterfinals as the top seed from Pool B, taking down then No. 5-ranked Arizona Christian University 3-1 to advance to their fourth-straight national semifinal finish at worst.
Facing their conference rival for the sixth time this season in the national semifinal stage, the Navy and Gold upended then No. 8-ranked Southern Oregon University in a reverse sweep victory for the ages, setting up their third national championship match appearance in a four-year span against No. 1-ranked Ottawa University-Arizona (OUAZ).
With four of the five pairings going to a winner-take-all third set, Corban saw their 25-match win streak come to a close, yet still cemented themselves as the only NAIA program to be ranked in the top five of the country in every single national poll since the preseason results of 2023. The Warriors have brought home hardware to Salem in all four seasons attending the NAIA national championship tourney, with three individuals (juniors Emmi Marks and Alexis Adebodun, and freshman Gabi Engels) earning All-Tournament honors while two pairings (Marks/senior Jessica McMillian and senior Megan Dennis/sophomore Emma Bischoff) were selected recently as AVCA All-Americans.
The All-American and Special Awards lists conducted by the NAIA will be released tomorrow from the national office.
