MCMINNVILLE, Ore. – With the Corban University Track and Field team back in action today at the Jenn Boyman Invite, the Warriors claimed three individual victories, threetop ten all-time marks, and seven new conference qualifiers, continuing to build momentum for the season.
"Lots of 'good' and just a little 'not so good' at Linfield today," shared Coach Todd Bos when asked to comment on his team's performance. "I thought the nice weather would overcome the reputation of Linfield's track of being slow, but alas I was mistaken. Even still, our athletes managed to claim three victories, three top ten marks including a new school record, one national qualifying mark, and seven more conference qualifiers."
Coach Bos continued, "I really like where our team is at the moment. We have been able to put up some decent marks early in the season and I believe we will have some breakthrough performances later this month. We thank God for the good and even the not so good marks as He continues to mold and shape our team. All for His glory!"
