Corban Men’s Golf Selected to Seventh Place Prediction in 2026 CCC Coaches Preseason Poll

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) office released the 2026 Men's Golf Coaches' Preseason Poll on Thursday afternoon, with the Corban University men's golf program selected seventh overall among the conference's nine member institutions. The Warriors earned 31 voting points in the annual poll as they prepare for the 2026-27 campaign.

Warriors' head coach Charlie Marshall shared, "Our men have the ability to finish much higher in our conference than predicted, but we'll need our younger incoming players to step up and fill the vacated shoes of our recent graduates."

The Warriors enter the 2026-27 season after navigating a transitional 2025-26 campaign that featured a young lineup gaining valuable experience throughout conference competition. Corban continued to develop depth within the program while competing against one of the NAIA's most competitive golf conferences, laying the foundation for future success with a core of returning student-athletes expected to take on expanded roles this season. With a blend of experienced returners and promising newcomers, the Warriors are poised to build upon the progress made throughout the 2025-26 year and challenge for a higher finish in the CCC standings.

At the top of the preseason rankings, the University of British Columbia earned the No. 1 position with five first-place votes and 77 total points. Lewis-Clark State College followed closely in second with three first-place votes and 74 points, while Oregon Tech, Bushnell University, and The College of Idaho rounded out the top five. Southern Oregon University received the remaining first-place vote and was picked sixth, immediately ahead of the Warriors. The poll was completed by Warner Pacific University and Walla Walla University in eighth and ninth, respectively.
