In the Warriors' second at-bat, senior Karlee Sisler (Corvallis, Ore.) led off with a single down the left field line before advancing to second on junior Jessica Schell's (Portland, Ore.) single to center field.  One batter later, both Sisler and Schell advanced one base on a pass ball before coming home on a single to left center by junior Jessica Pierce (Kennewick, Wash.).

Lewis & Clark got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the fifth inning when Danielle Blechert registered a one-out single to left field.  After advancing to second via a wild pitch, Blechert came home on Caroline DeVincenzi's double to left field that brought the host Pioneers within four runs (5-1).

With a six-run lead (7-1) heading into its final at-bat, Corban tacked on four more runs with the highlight coming via a three-run double by Kollaer that capped the game's scoring.

Offensively, Corban was led by Kollaer's three-hit performance.  Meanwhile, Sisler and Schell added two hits each to go along with one-hit performances by Franke, Steigleman, Pierce, and freshman Twyla Baggarley (Hillsboro, Ore.).

Senior Erin Sailors (Anchorage, Alaska) went the distance for the Warriors, as she allowed one earned run on three hits to go along with a game-high 12 strikeouts that brought her season total to 62 K's in seven appearances.

In Game #2, Corban had a four-run lead (6-2) after three innings thanks to a one-out home run by Kollaer and a three-run blast by Schell in the first inning.
