CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Baseball Preseason Coaches' Poll was unveiled on Monday, with the Corban University baseball team coming in at No. 4 in the preseason conference projections.

Lewis-Clark State College—the 2021 CCC Champion---was unanimously picked to finish first in the rankings, coming off a 30-2 record in conference play last spring.
After not being able to participate in the 2021 spring season due to COVID-19 guidance and international travel restrictions, University of British Columbia will rejoin the fold in 2022, landing in second in the poll. Oregon Tech—which lost to the Navy and Gold in the CCC Tournament last spring—came in at No. 3, while Corban took the fourth-place position ahead of College of Idaho, second-year program Eastern Oregon University, and first-year program Bushnell University.
Corban is coming off a season where it earned its first-ever bid to the NAIA Tournament, and will look to reach even higher heights in the upcoming regimen.
With the return of British Columbia and the addition of Bushnell, there will be a couple of new teams in the mix in 2022, adding further competition to one of the NAIA's most competitive groupings.
