GREENWOOD, Ind. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC) organization announced the 2025 Men's and Women's Soccer Academic All-District teams earlier this morning, where the Corban University Men's and Women's Soccer program were represented by seven total student-athletes who were honored in the dual athletic & academic award presented nationally across all levels of the NCAA and NAIA.

The CSC Academic All-America program is nominated and voted on by members of the CSC, which are the Sports Information Directors/Director of Athletic Communications from every NAIA institution. Each school's nominees must have met the following criteria to be eligible for the awards: at least sophomore standing both athletically and academically while having maintained at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA through their most recently completed semester. Additionally, soccer student-athletes specifically must have either played in 90% of all scheduled counting contests for the 2025 fall season or started in 66% of all scheduled counting contests.
"We're incredibly proud of our four girls who earned Academic All-District selections," expressed Warrior women's head coach Brooke Alteneder. "Their success is a reflection of the standard we set to excel both on the field and in the classroom. They've shown that commitment, discipline, and hard work don't stop with on-the-field success. We couldn't be prouder of the way they represent our program."
The Warrior women's soccer program was responsible for four of the seven selections today by the CSC, with one upperclassman joined by three sophomores. Junior midfielder Shaelee Killorn represented the women's team as the only upperclassmen, while forward Maya Alston and defenders Bailey Krause and Meliah Servatius earned their first career Academic All-District honors.
"It's great to see these guys recognized for their hard work in the classroom while representing some of our best athletes on the field," shared Corban men's head coach Tim Kagey.
Corban men's soccer had a trio of student-athletes earn Academic All-District accolades this morning, with redshirt senior goalkeeper Isaac Pureco picking up his second selection in a two-year span. Joining Pureco this season was a pair of sophomore forwards, represented by Alexander Guindy and Zachary Milczarek, who each earned the prestigious honor bestowed by the CSC in their first seasons eligible for the award.
An NAIA-based selection committee consisting of members from the athletic communication departments across the country will now determine which of the All-District recipients will receive Academic All-American honors. Nominees for men's and women's soccer will be grouped together based on their primary positions played on the pitch for the scholarly All-American status with both athletic and academic success taken into consideration.
