LEWISTON, Idaho – With just 18 holes remaining in the 2026 Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) Championships, the Corban University Men's Golf team has some work to do in the team standings but has their top individual cemented within the top five across the Pacific Northwest and an opportunity to claim the program's first individual CCC medalist since 2015.

"We played pretty well today, but not well enough to make the move up the leaderboard as we had planned," Corban head coach Charlie Marshall stated. "Our men are very confident that we'll play extremely well and be able to move up in the team standings tomorrow. We just need to make those birdies and par putts to do so. Kudos for David for his exceptional play this weekend and putting himself in contention to win it all."

For a second-straight day, the host Warriors of RV Lewis-Clark State College (572) are fending off the defending CCC team champions from No. 15-ranked University of British Columbia (578) as the they enter the final round tomorrow morning. Bushnell University (592) made a resurgence on day two to jump into third, followed by RV Oregon Tech (593) and The College of Idaho (601). Closing out the team scores are the Navy and Gold (604), Southern Oregon University (614), Walla Walla University (616), and Warner Pacific University (617).

Junior David Harvey (144) was on fire today across the course for the Warriors, as he closed out round two just one stroke under par to enter the last round and tied for fifth overall, just three strokes behind the tourney co-leaders from LC State and Bushnell. Senior Brayden Sparkman (152) is in a tie for 23rd among a crowded leaderboard for the Dubs, followed closely behind by junior Owen Heath (154 | tied for 30th), freshman Isaac Laro (155 | tied for 33rd), and senior Shane Jacobus (157 | tied for 38th).

The Warrior men will a day three comeback bid at various tee times, as they'll be led off by Jacobus and his 8:50am hole one start back at the Lewiston Golf & Country Club.
