REDDING, Calif. – With four duals scheduled throughout the day, the No. 13-ranked Corban University Men's Wrestling team completed the day 2-0 in team results with a pair of wins over Simpson University and NCAA DII Menlo College. The Warriors, who improved to 3-0 on the season, defeated the host RedHawks 37-12 in the morning session before downing the Oaks 29-20 in their final dual of the day.
The Warriors (3-0) saw five student-athletes go 2-0 through their dual victories over Simpson and Menlo, including junior Luke Jensen (141), redshirt senior David Rubio (157), senior Tyson Stover (174), sophomore Isaiah Twait (184), and graduate student Hunter James (197). Jensen, Twait, and James all swept their decisions via pins for Corban men's wrestling, while Rubio picked up a pair of major decisions and Stover via a fall and decision.

The Warriors that remained in Oregon over the weekend travel to La Grande tomorrow for the Mountaineer Open, hosted by RV Eastern Oregon University that will begin at 9am and see the Navy and Gold compete throughout the day.
