KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released the fourth Men's Wrestling Top 25 Coaches' Poll for the 2024-25 winter season, where the Corban University Men's Wrestling team found themselves in the thirteenth overall selection for the third-straight poll within the national scene.

"I'm excited to see the program and our guys get continued recognition throughout the rankings," detailed Warriors' head coach Nolan Harris earlier today. "I also believe we have wrestlers left off of this week's rankings that could make noise on the national stage. The National Duals this next week will be a good opportunity for them to showcase this, as we anticipate good matchups with nationally ranked opponents. There will definitely be movement in the rankings after the nation's best meet in Iowa, and we hope to continue on an upward trajectory."
The Navy and Gold are represented by six grapplers within the individual rankings released by the NAIA, with redshirt senior David Rubio placing third overall within the 157-weight class for the highest individual Warrior. Three Corban student-athletes were all ranked No. 10 in their respective weight classes, which includes junior Luke Jensen (141), senior Tyson Stover (174), and redshirt junior Antonio Garcia (285). Just outside the top ten for 184lbs was sophomore Isaiah Twait in 11th place, while graduate student Hunter James was in 14th for 197lbs.
With four of his six weight class leaders ranked in the top 10 of their respective individual rankings, Coach Harris is confident in his program's ability to post some upsets and represent Corban well at the NWCA National Duals, which are set to take place over January 10th and 11th in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Prior to their trip to the central United States, the Warriors will participate in the Mat 'Cat Invitational, hosted by NCAA DIII Linfield University in McMinnville on Sunday, January 5th.
