The squad has its sights sets on lofty goals yet again this fall, and will begin its journey at 12 p.m. tomorrow against crosstown rival Willamette University.

"There are so many opportunities that our schedule provides," said director of soccer Tim Kagey. "We can't wait to get started."
The No. 20-ranked Warriors are preparing for one of the squad's most challenging non-conference slates in recent memory. After the battle with Willamette on Saturday, the Navy and Gold will head to Baldwin City, Kan. for contests against Baker University and No. 2-ranked Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
Following the must-watch duel with Oklahoma Wesleyan, Corban will conclude its non-conference slate with a bout against NCAA Division III Pacific Lutheran University on September 10.
Corban's first four Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) games will be on the road, starting with Walla Walla University on September 17. After an unconventional scheduling format last year due to COVID-19, the conference is set to return to its traditional structure this fall.
The Warriors went 9-2-1 (6-1-1 CCC West) this past spring en route to the CCC West Division Championship. The year prior, the Navy and Gold went undefeated (17-0-3, 12-0-1 CCC) for the first time in program history, sweeping the 2019 CCC Regular-Season and Tournament Championships.
Picked to finish first in the conference this fall, the Warriors will yet again have a target on their back as the 2021 campaign gets going.
Fortunately for the Navy and Gold, the squad has returned some of its top weapons from the past season, including all three of its 2020 NAIA Honorable-Mention All-Americans (Matheus Giron, Justin Keegan, and Carlos Llamosa).
Giron—the 2020 CCC West Division Offensive Player of the Year—figures to once again headline the Navy and Gold's attacking efforts this fall, while Llamosa will return to captain the back line, and Keegan projects reprise his role in goal for Kagey and company. In addition, Robin Terry—a 2020 All-Conference Honorable-Mention award-winner—is back to lend his talents to Corban's defensive efforts.
A number of talented additions should also find their way into the mix this season, as the Warriors boast an electric 2021 recruiting class.
Saad Mohacht (Feltre, Italy), Alvaro Arche (Barcelona, Spain), and Giacomo Sanvitale (Saronno, Italy) all serve as valuable additions to Corban's offensive arsenal. Local product Alexis Luna (Salem, Ore.) has a chance to make an impact in his rookie season, and transfers Andres Labate—who previously attended Gonzaga University—and Reggie Reyes—who last played at Concordia University—have each experienced success on the collegiate level already.

Warrior fans will want to mark their calendars for October 1, when Corban plays its first CCC game at home at the CFC Soccer Complex against Warner Pacific University. That will kick off a stretch of six-straight home matches, which will be capped off with a highly-anticipated battle with 2020 CCC East Division Champion (RV) Rocky Mountain College on October 16.
The regular season will wrap up on October 30 versus Bushnell University, and the CCC Championships are slated for November 9-12 in Springfield, Ore.
Corban has made eight-straight appearances in the NAIA National Tournament, and will look to continue that incredible streak this fall. The NAIA Championships will begin with the NAIA Opening Round on November 18-20, and conclude at the NAIA Final Site on November 30-December 6.
