Warrior Hall of Fame
In 2003, Western Baptist/Corban was awarded the luxury of having all its athletic teams the opportunity of not having head and/or assistant coaches drive his or her team from one location to another when Board of Trustees member Doug Pfeiler purchased a full-size travel bus for the athletic department to use. Prior to 2003, Pfeiler worked with the women's basketball program from 2000-02 helping head coach Terry Williams with transportation and statistical inputting on road trips. Pfeiler made his first trip with the bus on February 14, 2003 driving Western Baptist's women's basketball team to a game in Portland against Cascade College. Along with his work as the official bus driver for Corban Athletics, Pfeiler has been a member of the University's Board of Trustees since 1991 and also served as a member of the Warrior Athletic Association Executive Council since 2002.
